The CEDC meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Manager's Conference room.
This is a 5 member board with 5 year terms. Members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. One member shall be a member of the Planning Commission .
Currently, there are no vacancies for board members.
Oxford Valley Study
In 2011, the Community and Economic Development Commission (CEDC) began a study of future development prospects and possible transportation improvement needs along the Lincoln Highway (Business Route 1) corridor. The initial study is focusing on the area between Oxford Valley Road and 225 Lincoln Highway. Click to view a study area map and data on current vacancies.
