Several State Highways Restricted Next Week for ADA Curb Ramp Installation in Bucks County

King of Prussia, PA – Motorists will encounter periodic lane closures at several intersections on Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, as a part of a project to install 73 ADA curb ramps at 18 intersections in Bucks County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule includes:

Big Oak Road and Trenton Avenue in Falls Township;

Trenton Avenue and Plaza Boulevard in Falls Township;

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather.

L.C. Costa Contractors, Inc. of Warminster, Bucks County, is the general contractor on the $711,453 project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
