Lincoln Highway Study

In 2011, the Community and Economic Development Commission (CEDC) began a study of future development prospects and possible transportation improvement needs along the Lincoln Highway (Business Route 1) corridor.  The initial study is focusing on the area between Oxford Valley Road and 225 Lincoln Highway.  Click to view a study area map and data on current vacancies.

In May 2011, the CEDC held a forum for business owners to discuss issues of concerns and possible improvement alternatives.  Click here for a summary of the input from that meeting.

In November 2011, the township conducted a survey of business owners to obtain their input on the main issues relating to transportation, design / appearance, land use / development, and business climate.  Click to view the survey and a summary of the survey results.
