Amici Pizzeria Opening a Dream Come True for Owners

Miguel Crisostomo and his wife, Kiara Rodriguez, were practically raised in foodservice.

Their families owned pizza shops and eateries throughout the region and Crisostomo perfected his cooking skills while the always smiling Rodriguez lent a hand at the counter or waited tables.

“We make the perfect team,” she said.

In November 2025 their skillsets blended to form the recipe for success with the opening of Amici Pizzeria at 203 Lincoln Highway in Fairless Hills.

“Miguel just fell in love with it,” she said of the space, which had formerly operated as a pizza shop. “Miguel has worked so hard every single day. This is his dream come true.”

Supporting and giving back to the community has been the couple’s goal from the outset.  

Amici graciously donated food to the Falls Township Police Department in the days leading up to Christmas.

The quaint and cozy pizza shop seats more than a dozen but has mainly served as a carryout or delivery spot for locals. In addition to their own delivery service, Amici Pizzeria is available for delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub and Slice. The restaurant also offers catering services for all types of events, including parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.

“Every single thing that leaves here is made with a lot of love,” she said. “We want to make our customers happy.”

To make that happen, the couple, along with their collective family members – many of whom are steeped in all things restaurants – brainstorm top-notch menu offerings.

“We got ideas from every single family member,” she said. “They gave us ideas for what works for them.”

So far, “pizza’s strong here,” she said of the diverse menu featuring both traditional pizzas, along with gluten-free counterparts, and gourmet specialties such as Baked Ziti Pizza, Pepperoni and Hot Honey Pizza, Cheesesteak Pizza and more. Pizza is available for purchase by the slice, with varieties changing daily, or by the whole pie.

In addition to pizza, Amici offers a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, soups, wings, pasta dishes, and appetizers, including unique concoctions like calamari featuring hot peppers, feta cheese and sweet chili sauce. Chicken Parm and Chicken Francese are two of the most popular entrees.

 

The eatery also offers family meals, catering, seasonal and weekly specials, including Shrimp Scampi and Cajun Salmon, created specifically for Lenten meals.

The couple’s three children serve as taste testers for some of the new and favorite food items. Their 9-month-old greenlights the soups, while their 3-year-old favors the burgers and their 12-year-old loves the pizzas.

“One day we hope to have our three kids take over so we can retire,” she said.
