BS&A Online Permit Applications
ALL PERMITS ARE NOW DONE ONLINE ONLY.
To apply for a permit online:
All homeowners and/or contractors must register to create an online account first. CALL FALLS TOWNSHIP TO GET YOUR ONLNE PIN #
Please use the following link: www.bsaonline.com
1.) REGISTER-BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE.
2.) CREATE USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
3.) FOLLOW PROMPTS TO INSERT YOUR WEB PIN #, THEN YOU WILL BE LINKED.
4.) SEARCH FOR PROPERTY: ONLY ENTER THE ADDRESS AND STREET NAME ONLY (DO NOT PUT ROAD, LANE, ETC.)
5.) COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL BOX WILL COME UP: SELECT THE PROPER CHOICE FOR YOUR JOB.
6.) CHOOSE PERMIT TYPE FROM THE DROP-DOWN BOX.
7.) ENTER TYPE OF WORK IN DESCRIPTION BOX.
***HOMEOWNERS INCLUDE WHO THE CONTRACOTR IS, IF NO CONTRACTOR AND YOU ARE DOING THE WORK YOURSELF, PLEASE PUT HOWEOWNER DOING THE WORK***
8.) BASIC USAGE: CHOOSE FROM RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL
9.) CONSTRUCTION VALUE, ENTER AMOUNT OF JOB INCLUDING MATERIAL AND LABOR.
10.) IF CONTRACTOR: ADD APPLICANT INFORMATION – SELECT YOUR LICENSE TYPE.
11.) IF HOMEOWNER: HOMEOWNER, CLICK BOX TO CERTIFY.
12.) MUST ATTACH ALL DOCUMENTS IN 1 PDF FORM ONLY (SITE PLAN, MAXIMUM IMPERVIOUS SURFACE CALCULATION SHEET, AND PLANS FOR ALL OUTSIDE WORK.)
13.) YOU MUST APPLY FOR ALL PERMITS AT THE SAME TIME, IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR MULTIPLE PERMITS. ALL PERMITS MUST HAVE PLANS FOR EACH PERMIT APPLIED FOR.
At the conclusion of entering the permit, the application is now submitted, BUT NOT APPROVED. You will receive several emails, one when the permit is accepted to go into the review process, one for any possible denials and a last and final email will be for payment.

ZONING VERIFICATION APPLICATION
Zoning Verification Applications can be emailed to Diane Beri at d.beri@fallstwp.com, by regular mail or by dropping them off to the Code Enforcement Department. Payment can be made by contacting Diane at 215-949-9000 ext. 201 with a Visa or Master Card.
