PUBLIC NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FALLS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Notice is hereby given that on December 7, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., the Falls Township Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting for the consideration of a sketch plan presentation of NP Falls Township Industrial, also known as NorthPoint, regarding proposed development of certain tracts or parcels of ground situate in Falls Township consisting of approximately 1846.4 acres and otherwise known as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 13-050-007, 13-051-001, 13-051-001-005, 13-051-001-016, 13-051-001-017, 13-051-001-018, 13-051-001-021, 13-051-001-022 and 13-051-012 (collectively, the “Properties”); consideration of a Master Plan Approval Agreement related to the Properties; consideration of a Resolution recognizing the Morrisville Municipal Authority as the owner and operator of the United States Steel Corporation potable water, raw water, industrial wastewater, and sanitary sewer facilities, the developer of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities on and serving the Properties, and the provider of all water and sanitary sewer related utilities serving the Properties; consideration of aan Agreement between Falls Township and AGH Enterprises for trash cleanup on or near Township-owned roadways; and any other matter that comes before the Board, as further set forth on the agenda posted on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com. The special meeting shall be held in a virtual format, as set forth on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda, available on the Township’s website. The Board of Supervisors members, staff and professionals will participate remotely via video conference and the public will have an opportunity to comment during the meeting by following the instructions on the Township’s website at www.fallstwp.com. Members of the public are encouraged to dial into the teleconference starting at 6:45 p.m. Comments or questions are encouraged to be submitted in advance of the meeting to m.takita@fallstwp.com.
