Building Department Notice

• All applications for permits must be submitted electronically. 
• Applications can be found on the Township website.
• Projects that involve exterior work (additions, patios, porches, etc) must submit a plot plan and impervious surface calculation sheet.
• Applications and plans are to be in PDF format and submitted as a single PDF.  Multiple emails with separate PDF attachments for the same project will be returned to sender.
• Plans and applications are to be emailed to permits@fallstwp.com Plans and applications sent to any other email address may not be processed or if received will be returned to sender.
• The subject line of the email must have the address of the project property.
